I had third party mechanic use H.O Tire to do an alignment on my vehicle. Once I received my vehicle it felt out of line. My mechanic told me to take it back to them and they took care of it right away. My car is good to go they were very professional, friendly, and very tentative to their customers in English and Spanish

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with H.O tire shop that not only provided poor customer service but also failed to follow up on their promises. My attempt to do business with them turned into a complete disappointment, From the outset, I encountered difficulties with their customer service. When I initially called to inquire about their tire options and schedule an appointment, the person on the phone seemed disinterested and impatient. To make matters worse, I had requested a callback from the shop to discuss a specific tire issue and to confirm availability. However, to my surprise, I never received a return call. I waited patiently, expecting a professional follow-up, but it never came. This lack of response not only demonstrated their disregard for customer satisfaction but also left me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a customer.

I can't say enough nice things about H O tires I got a flat I don't know how ran over something and he fixed my tire and didn't even charge me and had me on my way back to work. I on my lunch had to get back to work and fast, thanks to HO saved me big love them.

1998 Jeep Cherokee death wobble after installing lift kit, drop down bracket, bushings, and adjustable track bar.
They fixed my horrible death wobble and aligned the tires that were way off.

best 140 bucks spent ever. I was already in over 500 bucks trying to fix it myself. Great service and expert mechanics, I am impressed!!
They even said if there is any more future problems, just bring it in.
