The melodic tunes in sync with the dentists hyper sonic drill gentle grinding puts your mind into a hypnotic trance. Love it. Plus I love talking Lakers basketball with Dr. Brandon Ho.

I have been going to Dr. Kenneth and Brandon Ho since I was a child and can really speak to their care and quality as dentists. In fact, the entire office is entirely committed to patient experience and provides the upmost quality of patient service. I could not recommend this any more highly - they are simply the best.

The waiting room is very comfortable, has ample reading materials and always has beautiful classical music playing (very soothing before getting serious dental work performed). The friendly office staff immediately greets you and I am typically seen within minutes of arriving. No long waits at Dr. Ho's! The patient rooms are incredibly comfortable and all have a great view of the garden. Both Dr. Kenneth and Dr. Brandon have such a great love of their patients and are always genuinely happy to see me. It's like meeting up with an old friend! In addition to being incredibly kind and gentle, Dr. Brandon and Dr. Kenneth are superb dentists. They work very quickly, always explain whatever procedure they are performing and how to prevent any potential future issues. I have never felt any semblance of discomfort during any of my dental procedures, which have included several crowns and unfortunately, countless fillings. Dr. Ho's always make sure to frequently check in that I am comfortable and to ensure that nothing is painful. No surprises!

The dental hygienists are all so kind and friendly and excellent at their practice. They always offer earphones and a radio to take your mind off of the dental work and they always offer to bring me a magazine if I have to wait in the chair for a bit. They all work so seamlessly with Dr. Kenneth and Brandon Ho to provide the best quality of care. Patients are truly the number one priority at Dr. Ho's.

Beyond the superior quality of dental work, Dr. Ho offers a truly family-friendly environment, in that they make you feel as if you're a good friend and part of family. Dr. Kenneth and Dr. Brandon, all hygienists, and all staff are so kind-hearted and truly care for their patients. I have the absolute highest regard for this dental office and will likely never visit any other dentist if possible. Why would I? They're the best and they love what they do!

Just went for my semi-annual cleaning and check up! After 7 years, I am still consistently impressed by the standard of care each time I go in. The office is inviting and clean, the staff is professional and courteous (Patty is awesome!) and the hygienists all take good care to ensure that you are comfortable. I love knowing that each time I go in, the same one or two hygienists will clean my teeth, so they know my case and consistently update their own notes for future reference in my e-file on the spot. Both Dr. Kenneth Ho and Dr. Brandon Ho have checked my teeth and you can tell the quality of their work just by their 'touch', you can definitely 'feel' that you are in good hands.

Over the years, I have had two fillings. Both were identified quite early but not filled, on the spot. Since the tooth was not causing me pain or problems, Dr. Brandon Ho, suggested I try to keep that area clean in order to delay further decay and to monitor the cavity over time. When time came to fill the cavity, the procedure was virtually painless, except for that immediate sting, but even then Dr. Brandon Ho took great care to be careful. Just this process alone showed me that they are not looking to drill each time but are more interested in your long term care.

Other than the two cavities, I am blessed to have pretty good teeth, but I never took care of them. After all the years here, the staff has finally broken me down with their patient and consistent coaching, now I floss every day and can tell the difference when I do skip a day. Could not ask for a better dentist and staff!

Dr. Brandon is an extremely gifted doctor. He made my four front teeth look absolutely awesome. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with in their office is very professional and very nice to deal with. Love Stacy the dental hygienist—she’s just wonderful.

Here's another "Excellent" grade for doctors Ken and Brandon Ho!

I'll say first that I myself am a dentist, and I am a patient of the Drs Ho. I happen to know that they are great people. But if I didn't know what great people they are, I'd still recommend them for the quality work I have received from them. I tell my friends and family that the two main qualities to keep in mind when looking for a dentist are 1) Competency and 2) Trustworthiness. Dr Ken and Dr Brandon each have these qualities.

In regards to competency, they are top notch. Their work is "by-the-book" in the sense that they apply time-tested fundamentals to achieve great results, but yet they manage to keep their practice up to date with some of the latest technology available. Even more telling, and to put it bluntly, the demanding patients of Los Angeles do not continue to return and recommend friends to your practice for decades if you don't have a fine product like that found in this practice.

You also must be able to trust that your dentist is doing the best thing for you and your oral health and appearance. Patient education is a key aspect to the practice here. They go over your treatment plan in clear detail with you, and if you have a question, feel free to ask. It's your mouth and they want you to understand your treatment (as you should). No treatment is performed without your knowledge, which is refreshing for many dental patients.

This is a wonderful practice with a solid team from top to bottom. The front desk staff are friendly and the hygienists are gentle yet thorough. I STRONGLY recommend that you consider them when looking for a dentist for yourself or your loved ones. You will be glad you did.

I was previously seeing another dentist, who was very good. However, I had a gut feeling that my care was based upon what was allowable by insurance, and not based on what was needed as a patient. I transferred my care to Dr. Ken and Dr. Brandon Ho, and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have a wonderful front office staff, who know me by name when I call or walk in, and are understanding with my scheduling limitations. Their dental hygienists are personable and deliver high quality cleaning, and also know me and my family by name. And Dr. Ken and Dr. Brandon...I cannot say enough about them. They are meticulous, comprehensive, and caring, all at the same time, which is very hard to find in today's health care environment. They have even stayed late after hours to work on my wife. This is going beyond the normal call of the dental profession. I have recommended them to a number of my own patients, and they have had the same positive experiences I have had.

Drs. Ho are very gentle and soft spoken and always seem to remember what we talked about 6 months ago!. I've seen all the hygienists and they are all great. From the moment I walk in until the moment I leave I feel welcomed and very well taken care of unlike some of my other doctors' offices where they barely look up to acknowledge you. They are truly a gem of an office!

I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone who needs dental work, or a family dentist (for twice a year cleanings) to visit Drs. Kenneth Ho and Brandon Ho’s Office. Their staff are courteous, patient, gentle, and professional. Most importantly the dentists are knowledgeable, experienced, skillful and offer the most reasonable way at combating dental problems (unlike other salesmen types in the business).

I began seeing Dr. Kenneth Ho for cleanings in high school and was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the doctor and his staff. His office is always clean and inviting and everyone there displays the highest level of professionalism. His son Brandon, who now does most of my checkups, is every bit as warm and approachable as his father. Ten years later, even though I no longer live in the La Canada area, I still return to this practice whenever I need dental work of any kind and will continue to do so in the future!
