Mega struttura in mezzo al deserto con tutto il necessario: camere, bar, ristorante (self service e alla carta) market, piscina e campo da golf. La nostra stanza era ampia e comoda ma con arredamento un po datato, anche il bagno comodo ma un pò vetusto. Buona la pulizia. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante saloon, molto bella l'ambientazione e buone le pietanze mangiate. Prezzi un pò sopra la media ma accettabili. Piacevole la piscina anche se fondale un pò sporco (sabbia del deserto). Nonostante il prezzo un pò alto ed una stanza solo sufficiente direi comunque che vale la pena soggiornarvi, sia per la posizione (è vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni della Death Valley) sia perché il luogo è comunque caratteristico e fornito di tutto.

Truly an oasis in the desert. Beautifully maintained properties, with incredible views and amenities. Streams and trees and flowering plants made you think you were in a tropical paradise. And everything was beautifully manicured and maintained. We had a shared balcony overlooking the grounds with the mountains in the background. All the staff we encountered were friendly, personable and professional and went out of their way to make sure we were content and happy. I always felt as if all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The Inn offered nightly sky viewing from a dark terrace that offered lounge chairs for comfort. Food was delicious in the restaurant. We could also go between properties for other offerings such as their ice cream shop and gift shops. The Inn at Death Valley was the perfect oasis for our stay in Death Valley. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I look forward to returning again one day.

Bellisimo ranch in mezzo alla Death valley. Oltre all'hotel è presente qualche servizio di ristoro, un market, piscina, campi sportivi, ampio spazio verde, e anche una specie di museo all'aperto a tema west. La camera era grande e accogliente, il letto molto comodo comodo. Il terrazzino della stanza era dotato di sedie a dondolo. La piscina (acqua calda) rimane aperta fino a tardi. Ottimo il saloon (a pagamento) per la cena.|Il prezzo è alto, sia perché la struttura merita, sia perché in zona c'è poca scelta. Con quello che si paga sarebbe carino che la colazione fosse inclusa.

I was not sure what to expect when I booked to go to this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent. (special mention of Moses (in the desert, as he jokes). We were upgraded to a lovely cottage. Super comfortable with lots of space. The landscaped grounds are beautiful with lovely green grass, flowing streams and ponds. The geothermal spring fed pool is super. Loved our stay and wished we had booked more than 1 night. A super restful spot to stop for a while. Also we were not able to do all we wanted (also more to do and see than expected in Death Valley). We will definitely be back.

We watched the Xanterra video advert for the hotel and were worried it wouldn’t live up to our expectations. It didn’t… it exceeded them. The hotel was simply stunning. We had a casita and the room was superb. It was comfortable to lounge about in during the day and we had a great night’s sleep both nights, The hotel grounds are an unexpected delight, far more extensive than we realised and beautifully landscaped. Although we had a golf cart (provided with each casita) to travel to and from the main building, we enjoyed exploring different routes through the grounds to get there. The service was great, the building was great. We ate at the Ranch (the sister hotel down the road) one night (not great but ok) and in the lounge at the Inn one night (recommended). It isn’t cheap but, if you can afford it, it will be an experience you never forget. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.

The property is beautiful!!!! We had booked a casita which was beautiful and gave us so much more than we were expecting. The storage was great, plenty of drawers in the bedroom and good sized closet. Comfy bed with nice linens. The kitchen area had a microwave and a nice mini fridge. The counter space and sink area was large and great for the stuff we pack to use in the room for snacks and bevs. The bathroom very large and a great shower. Nice bath items provided. The living area very large and comfy with desk and tv. And a nice patio which we used for coffee in the morning. And. . . The casitas have golf carts to get around the property, which is pretty cool! ||There is so much to see and do at the hotel. Stargazing from the rooftop with nice seating, the grounds, the restaurant and last but not least the most beautiful fresh water pool. Natural spring fed water and always the perfect temp. I didn’t want to leave the property to venture out into the park which is why we came. ||We plan to return someday soon!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Ranch in Death Valley. Its location allowed us to see all of the sights suggested by the NPS. The room was comfortable. Our room was comfortable. The only complaint was that the shower wasn’t clean. There were hairs from the previous occupants in the shower. Other Han that we enjoyed the facility. Everyone was polite and helpful. One word of warning - the prices 8n the restaurant and service station are much too expensive. But I guess that is to be expected in the middle of nowhere.

This is unique experience in Death Valley. The resort is nice. Great pool with spring fed very warm water. The grounds are well kept. Good array of eating options and shops albeit pricey. The room itself was nice. The corridor leading to the rooms was tired and the bathroom could have done with a good scrub!
