We were there for 2 hours & never saw a cocktail waitress. Asked a few employees several times & none of them seemed to know where she was nor had they seen her. I understand that things happen, but someone could've gotten us a drink. We were extremely disappointed with our overall experience.

Ehh, cool place but DO NOT eat here. Much better dining in the Baton Rouge and area - eat first then go. If you eat here it’ll just piss you off and want to leave; poor service, slow service, incorrect orders, cold food, list goes on. Save your self the disappointment and eat before you come oh and order 2-3 drinks at a time they take FOREVER!

My husband and did a staycation here and the experience was wonderful. The hotel and casino staff are friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and luxurious. The food at 18 steak was excellent! We also had the seafood buffet(snow crabs) and everything was delicious. I can’t wait to visit again and highly recommend!

I was unable to book on-line. Called and the phone rang many many times before anyone answered. I explained to the representative something was wrong because my 1-night stay per the website was totaling $366.

Problem was i had a duplicate account with an incorrect email address. Even though i COULD NOT book on-line, i was charged the $10 booking fee. Her manager told her i was to go to the desk to correct the issue and get the $10 refunded. There was nothing they could do about it, but they were so sorry.

Ha Ha Ha. Upon check in, i explained to the clerk and was told that is not true and he hears that from others as well.

The point here.... You have representatives giving false information to profit another $10 from each guest with booking issues with on-line stays. $2, $10 or $100, no matter.

I attended the 2024 KNOCKOUT MS GALA on 8/24/2024. The Event Center was spacious; the food was delicious; and the drinks were mixed perfectly. The staff was awesome. They made sure that our table was cleared immediately after each of us were finished with the dinnerware, utensils, and glasses. The restrooms were clean. The parking was easy.

Out of every casino I've visited in different cities and states, this one is the greediest. Not only do they pay out less than ANY place I've ever been( And I've been going to casinos for 40 years), they steal your coins from your tickets. I wonder if that's legal. I wonder if their payout percentage is legal. It's so bad, it's worth looking in to.

Can't rate the hotel room because I did not stay there. The casino is clean, good air conditioning, and plenty of slots to play. My first time put in a small bill and won four big bills. Then left to go to a concert. Seen the spin Doctors yes the Spin Doctors close up and in our faces. The band was real tight and Chris was at his best. I am thankful I got this opportunity.

The king accessible suite is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The bed is way too high up for a wheelchair transfer. The roll-in shower has a seat - which is very convenient for not getting your wheelchair wet. The bathroom is huge and there is plenty of space to turn a chair. The employees are smiling and helpful and apparently happy to be working here. The valet service is complimentary, and they are enthusiastic about it.
