Honey walnut shrimp was ok.
Orange chicken was too hard.
Potstickers tasted a lil funky.
All together $26.
Didn't try the rice or noodles.
Decent amount of food for prices.
They do only take out, no dine in.
My main problem was all the food violations I saw.
No one wearing protective gear to not get hair or spit in the food, ton of cooked shrimp was out in the open in buckets with no cover, people sitting in tables in the kitchen area prepping food while touching everything else?‍♀️ The tables in the kitchen looked weird to me.
The front area where you order was absolutely disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been wiped down or cleaned in forever! Grime and dust and grease?
I will not be returning?‍♀️

I recently visited Ding Ho Restaurant and had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the service. I was greeted by a lady in a red t-shirt who seemed completely uninterested in her customers. Despite waiting for 25 minutes, she completely ignored us, making us feel invisible and unwelcome.

It's unfortunate because the restaurant has potential, but the arrogance and lack of attention from the staff really overshadowed our visit. I believe that good service is just as important as good food, and this experience was a letdown on both fronts. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with the respect they deserve.

I drive across town to eat here, I’ve never had a bad dish, food is always delicious. Fast and friendly service. Make sure you try the Honey Walnut Shrimp, 100x’s better than Panda Express.

Just tried Ding ho for the 1st time it was awesome ordered Mongolian beef and orange chicken combination plate. Both were delicious the orange chicken was flavorful and not over salted and some crispness 20 minutes after our drive home. Mongolian beef was so tender it was like eating a cloud needed hot sauce for my taste but I don't hold that against them. Rice and noodles were good too not overly salty. Would recommend if your in the area stop and try it.

So here is our take on our one of many to come experiences here .. We normally go to KarWah but it was Labor day & Monday so they were closed ! Before we moved to north Fresno our go to was Sunrise for years !! Any how I searched for thee nearest Chinese food and up came Ding Ho after reading all of the obvious fake reviews!!! I was hesitant but we said ohhhh what the heck let's try it ‍♀️ ... Upon arrival thee lot was full we literally had to park at the end of the shopping center (totally fine with us btw) We walked in and it was packed with Pd , door dashers and regulars waiting on orders !! Also a great sign !! I'm talking out the door orders !! Also if you ever been to MarksKitchen & you thought that lady there was hilarious wsit until you encounter Mrs DingHo screaming the orders ? All in all the food was so so good honestly better then our regular spots we will be returning over & over again trying the huge variety of combinations they have to offer !! Don't pay any mind to the lies in the reviews posted on Google there are no dine in tables so no one was rude & not waiting tables !! It is pick up only so call in your order or be prepared to wait 20 min ! Also there is no food on floors either they have a total of 5 cooks cooking that you can watch them cook your food from the waiting area ? they have tons of ready to go food preps for all the orders ready to add to woks as do all the other restaurants that cook they all chop & store in advance! It's pretty simple if you didn't like it don't eat there again you really don't need to rate low and spread lies ! I'm happy we gave them a shot this is literally a Fresno hidden gem ! TRY IT YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !!! We spent $21 on two plate what a great deal for fantastic food !!

Bought the special chow main and an order of fried chicken wings they were both so delicious. The plates are huge and for a reasonable price. They are friendly and fast I definitely recommend

I just got food here... I'm writing this as I'm eating it... I'm mad.... I'm mad that I didn't know about this place sooner. I gave up on trying to find good Chinese food in Fresno and then this gem was introduced to me by my girlfriend's bestie.... This food is legit... Best in town, I'll put money on it. Everything you order is good. I hope they never change anything and they have great success. Yes.... Eat here... Do it.

Review for Ding Ho Restaurant: ★☆☆☆☆

I recently dined at Ding Ho Restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the food was decent, what truly marred the evening was the behavior of a lady at the next table. She was loud, rude, and seemed completely oblivious to the discomfort she was causing to other patrons.

Despite the staff being present, they did little to address the situation, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. It's unfortunate because I was looking forward to enjoying my meal, but the lack of management in handling disruptive behavior really affected my experience.

I hope the restaurant can find a way to create a more pleasant dining environment in the future. Until then, I can't recommend Ding Ho.
