Newly remodeled rooms are extremely nice. The staff is friendly. Very safe for family and children. The property has really changed since the new owners. They are cleaning everything up and improving every aspect of the business.

When I arrived everyone was really nice. My room was very clean and accessible. I am disabled therefore I needed a downstairs and they switched my reservation with no issue. I rent off of Airbnb.com and the price is the best in town. They come in when I renew my Airbnb and clean my room really good. Someone is always on hand when I need anything. I like that it’s family oriented. The new owners are making a lot of improvements and I’m glad they have come to our community in a time we need them to. They’ve been so helpful with the flood and hurricane. Making sure everyone was safe and had plenty of supplies. Everyone here come together like a little community and cooked and shared what they had. I will be back for sure.

Drugs and guns and police Oh my!!!!||It was not that funny, we were recently displaced because our house was flooded in may. We were staying there for several months. || There were swat raids in the room above us they found AR-15 Assault rifle , meth , pistles. The poliuce was always there, the manager Cody was always in guest rooms smoking marijuana. Not even hiding it! || His wife , girlfriend or whatever tried to assault my wife and cursed her out and threatened to due harm to her! For no aparant reason, As she did with several other guests. || They would go in guest rooms while they were not there and take pics of there belongings. I guess they were steling stuff and selling them! |||||| TERRIBLE PLACE AND VERY UNSAFE AND DRUG INFESTED IF YOU VASLUE YOUR LIFE YOU WONT STAY AT ECONOMY INN LIVINGSTON, TX

Y’all’s room will look way worse than the picture lol there’s mold, big holes in the wall, the lock is broken off, spiderwebs with spiders, carpets are nasty, the walls are extremely stained with black stuff and dirt, the bathroom door doesn’t lock either I can’t imagine how nasty their bedding actually is.

Complaint: Economy Inn Motel

The Economy Inn Motel is infested with mold, roaches, and drugs. I do not recommend it, especially for families with children.

Mold: Mold is everywhere, creating a health hazard.

Roaches: Roaches roam freely, contaminating the rooms.

Drugs: Suspected drug activity compromises safety and security.

These conditions make the motel unfit for habitation. Avoid it!

Not the best place as far as immunities goes, no trash cans in the room or ice buckets. There was no vending machines and the laundry room was not in working order, the only washing machine was full of water but the dryers could have worked? They do have a full liquor bar attached to the motel which was nice. You can get lit and forget about what isn't there!!

It was a quick stop. Rooms are updated nut still low quality. Service was friendly but felt like I was trying g to check in at a Crack house in LA. No breakfast. No hand soap in room. Bed comforter had grease stains on it but it was clean. Location is harder to get to if traveling south.
