What a gem! Our group of 7 spent four wonderful days at the Reserve and enjoyed every minute! Our vacation started with champagne served by beautiful Katelynn on the incredible front porch. This was followed by a tour of the magnificent home and our beautifully furnished rooms. The grounds are spectacular and wonderfully attended. The breakfasts are simply beyond description (Chef Nathan is incredible!!) and we ended our days with wine by the fire pit. We are already planning our return trip for next year.

Of all the resorts, hotels and B&Bs I’ve stayed the Reserve at Hot Springs was by far the best, classiest, most guest- focused I ever had. We stayed 4 nights as part of a wedding group and were blown away. The room was amazing, the service next level and the people amazing. Shout out to Managing Director Katelyn, Guest Services lead Kylie, and Exec Chef Nathan for their professionalism, kindness and top notch approach. We drove more than 800 miles to got to the Reserve and I’ll do it again - it was that good. Do yourself a favor and experience true customer-centric service in a magical place.

The Reserve is a cut above, when you drive in the gate for the property, you enter a magical haven. I cannot say enough good things about this luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest and most professional staff, who tended our needs throughout the weekend with extra care; they dedicate themselves to hospitality and service, making the experience truly extraordinary.
We were there for a wedding and every aspect of the event was perfection. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Hot Springs, you'll find a gem in The Reserve. The lush estate grounds and beautiful annex buildings were fantastic backdrops for the festivities. The stuff wedding dreams are made of.
The decor in every room is stunning, from the fireplace in our bathroom, to the grand piano in the elegant, wood paneled sitting rooms, every unique space offers classic design and comfort. Perfect settings to spend time with family and friends. And to top it all off, the bedding is heavenly.
My favorite part of being there was the gourmet breakfasts served every morning. Chef Nathan not only made the most memorable main dishes, he followed them up with beautifully crafted desserts; pining just thinking about them. Everything is made fresh when you sit down, all the plates are prepared individually. His lemon cookies that are left on the bed for arrival, (with a note that says, sweet dreams,) are truly the best cookies I've ever eaten. But it wasn't just the phenomenal food, it was the staff around it all, they made the experience special. There aren't adequate words to describe how magical they made our stay. We will be back!!

We stayed one night on a weeknight. Suite One was beautifully decorated with soft colors. Very relaxing, soft king size bed with extra pillows. I especially liked the little touches like champagne on ice, ambient lighting, rain head in a huge walk-in shower, home-made cookies, and a black hand towel for me and my makeup. We had a lovely time. Will definitely go again.

Classy, very clean, beautiful place and beautiful antiques! The staff were friendly and breakfast was a delicious! They had a butler’s pantry available for us to get snacks and drinks when we arrived, along with tasty cookies on our bed. We would definitely stay here again! The room we stayed in was called Hot Springs. It was beautiful and roomy! We highly recommend The Reserve at Hot Springs! FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY❤️❤️

This was an amazing place. |We stayed in the legacy smaller house but it was perfect. Our room was sparkling clean and so relaxing . The whole house is beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the porch of the main house. We would definitely go back again.

We recently stayed at The Reserve and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and check out was seamless. The interior design is immaculate, and everything is very well kept and clean. The property grounds are beautiful and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat. The entire staff is welcoming and made us feel right at home. The chef prepares gourmet breakfasts with perfection and care, which was a delightful start to each day. This is a must-visit destination, and we will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed at The Reserve to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and every detail was remarkable. My wife has a dairy allergy, and the staff and chef were very thoughtful and careful to ensure she could enjoy the amazing breakfasts and welcome cookies. Katelyn and Chloe were both hospitable, friendly, thoughtful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was divine, and our room was luxurious (not to mention the exquisite soaker tub ?). We will definitely be back.
