It was our first trip to Poland, and we stayed at The Altus Palace Hotel in Wrocław. The city was very charming, and this hotel was a favorite in this special country.|Upon checking in, we felt very welcomed, and loved our assigned room. The heated floor in the bathroom was such a special treat!|Our dinner at their restaurant was very delicious and a wonderful presentation. The outstanding wait staff made our experience so special. One sweet server gave us a tour after her shift, and we saw a very historic room and grand mirror.|The breakfast buffet the next morning was truly amazing. It included everything that one would desire for a morning treat.|Our last final experience was the most important. We forgot to carry a bag out to the car at the checkout desk. We discovered our mistake hours into our journey. The hotel kindly shipped our special religious items from Poland to Texas. All items were received today, and we will be forever grateful.|Altus Palace Hotel is so very highly recommended by me and my husband. A most beautiful hotel with a very caring staff.

Our second visit. Its a beautiful hotel and in a great location. The staff are lovely. Breakfast is amazing. One thing id expect in a 5 star hotel though is to have the room at the temperature you want. There is a full control panel in the wall. But locked between 19 and 23 degrees. I was awake half the night being too hot and had to sleep on too of the duvet. Not a huge issue but id expect a request to reduce the temp to be allowed, not be told 19 is the lowest allowed.

Przepiękny hotel w starym pałacu Leipzigera. Perełka w centrum Wrocławia. Klimatyczne wnętrza, czystość i dbałość o detale. Nienaganna kultura osobista obsługi, wszyscy pomocni i uśmiechnięci - recepcja, pokojówki, przesympatyczna pani barmanka, kelnerzy i pan konserwator 🙂
Na powitanie kieliszek szampana, komfortowy i dobrze urządzony pokój, wspaniała strefa spa z jacuzzi i saunami.
Bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Będę polecać hotel dalej i na pewno jeszcze wrócę 🙂

W dniach 27-28.04.2024 byliśmy zakwaterowani w hotelu jako uczestnicy eventu. Biorąc pod uwagę że hotel mianuje się tym ,że ma 5 gwiazdek to trzeba przyznać iż nie idzie to w parze z realiami jakie nas zastały. Nie można przynajmniej z naszej strony mieć zastrzeżeń do samej obsługi (w recepcji)czy ogólnego odbioru obiektu.
To do części restaurcyjnej już tak.
Dania jakie były serwowane to niesmaczny żart. Kolacja i coś ala lasania w bemarach. Była kompletnie niejadalna. Spalona na górze i bez smaku. Obsługa przy ilości 15 osob w restauracji chodziła jak dzieci we mgle. Uzupełnienie szwedzkiego stolu tak powolne że goście nie mogli zjeść w podobnym czasie.
Kolejna sprawa to że w momencie zakończenia doby hotelowej (co do minuty) automatycznie odłączane jest zasilanie w pokoju. Co z jednej strony było zabawne ale z drugiej nigdy się nie spotkałem z takim zachowaniem np w Mariocie czy innym hotelu tej klasy.

Oprócz nietuzinkowego wyglądu hotel odbieram między 3,5 a maxymalnie 4*
I to że są wagi w pokojach to akurat mało istotne chociaż wymagane do wyższego statusu. To zamiast tego możecie dołożyć zestawy naprawcze jak agrafka i nici do ubrań.

W komentarzach znalazłem jeden na temat uszkodzenia auta marki jaguar gościa hotelu.
Muszę przyznać że wierzę osobie co pisała komentarz bo na oczach moich oraz 10 moich znajomych pracownik hotelu wjechał w sobotę w słupek jak miał parkować auto klienta. (Biały bus)

We had a 5/5 experience at the Altus Palace. All the staff, once they warm up, are very kind and helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate any requests we had. The decor is absolutely wonderful. The place is spotless. The beds very high quality and comfortable. The location, although right on a tram line, is fairly quiet. It is a very short walk to the truly impressive Rynek Wroclaw (Town Square). I am very glad that we spent a bit extra on a superior room. We had drinks at the hotel's nice, small cocktail lounge. We did not eat at the restaurant but the prices looked very high. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again without question.

Wow - from the second we arrived we were impressed by the hotel and fabulous staff. The hotel certainly has a wow factor and has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard. The welcome drink on arrival really set the tone and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all very friendly, professional and attentive. The room was a standard double but it exceeded our expectations by being beautiful with everything you could need and quality fitments. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. A hairdryer, luxury toiletries, robes and slippers were provided as well as tea / coffee, a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was stunning, generous in size and immaculate. The huge bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was very efficient. |The breakfast selection was amazing and there is something for everyone. We didn’t try the spa and wellness area. |The location of the hotel is perfect for walking into the Old Town (maybe a 10 minute walk) although the tram stop is also just outside if you prefer or wish to go further afield. We loved the walk and it is very quiet. The trams do run in the late evening / early morning but we were not disturbed by the noise at all and we were on the side of the hotel where they run, admittedly on the 5th floor. |There was nothing to fault at all during our 3 night stay and we can’t wait to return to both Wroclaw and the Altus Palace. It is great value for such a luxurious and beautiful hotel. We will be back!!

The hotel was beautiful. The service was great. They even let you bikes for the day. The Architecture outside and inside was great. I just can’t hardly recommend it and the price is also very acceptable for these level of service and quality.

Dania były podawane w idealnych odstępach. Kelnerki świetnie się nami zaopiekowały każdorazowo dopytując czy dania smakowały i dbając byśmy nie uschli z pragnienia. Kucharz zaszczycił nas osobistym komentarzem do podanych dań! Wszystko było doskonałe i dopracowane. Pracownicy byli profesjonalni, zgrani i było czuć między nimi pozytywne wibracje. Szczególne podziękowania dla cukiernika, przyjemne i słodkiee odstąpienie od diety, ale w dniu urodzin - można, a nawet trzeba.
